Jim Corbett National Park is the oldest national parks in the country. Situated in Ramnagar in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand, it was a part of the erstwhile princely state of Tehri Garhwal. This experience will be full of thrill and excitement as you enjoy a jungle safari and get to witness wildlife at close quarters. It is here that you get to enjoy nature in its full abundance in the company of your loved ones.
Established in 1936 as Hailey National Park, it was renamed as Ramganga National Park in 1954 and again rechristened as Corbett National Park in 1955 after Edward James "Jim" Corbett - the renowned and legendary British hunter and tracker-turned-conservationist, author and naturalist, famous for hunting a large number of man-eating Tigers and Leopards. This experience will be full of thrill and excitement as you get to enjoy a jungle safari and witness wildlife at close quarters.
