Mixed martial arts is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of striking and grappling while standing and on the ground. You can use boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, karate, judo or whatever style you choose. Learn various mixed martial arts and styles and learn to defend yourself. Through these sessions, the practitioners will be proficient in multiple techniques drawn from various martial arts.
